Training with me will help you exercise safely and effectively whilst providing you with encouragement and motivation that you may find lacking when training by yourself.

Nutritional Advice:

We all know that eating healthy and exercising is good for us, but there is a lot of conflicting advice in the media regarding diets and nutrition.

One thing you can know for sure is that most ‘diets’ are only as good for as long as you maintain them; have you ever found that you stop the diet and the weight comes back on?

I can provide a tailored nutritional plan that will suit you and your lifestyle, and make it easier for you to sustain a healthy eating plan for life, alongside your physical training.

Bootcamp/ Group fitness:

If you work for a business or organisation I can provide group fitness sessions at your place of work or outdoor space nearby for a great price. Use your lunchtimes to get fit or go straight from work to make the most of your time.

I will organise group sessions to meet all levels of fitness whilst still ensuring good exercise technique is taught throughout.
